Booking a Stay & Unsure What to Bring?

Required:

• Your dog’s food

• Collar & leash (leash must be on dog before leaving vehicle)

• Any medications your dog needs during their stay

Food Information

You must provide enough food for your dog’s entire stay.

If food is not provided, or if your dog runs out of food during their stay, a $5 per day food fee will be added to your bill.

You are welcome to bring treats for your dog! We do supply freeze dried beef liver, chewy milkbone treats, frozen watermelon, freeze dried salmon, dental chews, some rawhides & other misc. treats we decide to order that week! It’s always a variety and depends on what allergies certain dogs have!

Medication Information

If your dog requires medication, please provide enough medication for the entire stay.

If additional medication is needed:

• You must contact your vet and approve us to pick it up

• Medication must be paid for in advance through your vet

• If Happy Tails pays for the medication, the cost will be added to your bill

• A $25 pickup/service fee will also be added for our time

Items You DO NOT Need To Bring, but you can bring them if you’d like to!

We provide all of the following for your dog during their stay:

✔ Blankets
✔ Dog beds & memory foam beds (memory foam beds are for older or non-destructive dogs)
✔ Raised feeding dishes
✔ Stainless steel bowls
✔ Slow feeders
✔ Toys for kennels & play areas

You are always welcome to bring your dog’s personal items if you would prefer!
